We loan Alaba, Lahm, Kroos and Hojbjerg to intelligent club like Hoffenheim, VfB, Bayer ...

And poor Green ... to HSV.

But still, I have many doubt over Green. About his mentality too. It seems he gets problem last season.

^^

Indeed. He was great in every single game we played so far.

I wonder where are the people that were hating on this transfer now.

I was just talking to my friend, who's thinking that Costa won't make it...

Keep it up Douglas!

I'm still not sure.

Although it could just be that he's actually good, but had no motivation in Shakhtar. I mean, I know I wouldn't.

But I'm happy to see that Costa is pleasantly making me eat my words!

On another note, which position (and how well) did Lahm play? Really want to see him in form again, he wasn't 100% after his last injury.

He was a CM and he did quite well, he almost scored a goal, unfortunately he got a knock during the game but it was a minor injury.

Yes me too !

But I watch some Shakhtar games in the past years and I never see him like this. But they're is many thing :

- War in Dombass, Ukraine ... how to think just about football with this ?
- Motivation about arriving in a new club and need to prouve
- He plays with better player who can make him shine more lot
- There is so many control in Bayern with the aim to make winger as free as possible ... they're the result

Wish there was a site in the U.S. to watch the full match. Damn summer classes are keeping me busy.

Goal from 1on1 situation, very rare occasion.
I think pep should consider loosen his pressing play, so the opponent's def line will be moved up, then hit 'em like what rode & gotze did.

inter milan sucked. they couldn't get a couple of passes in together. one of the bayern youth players wearing the number 40 shirt (Benko) - he did extremely good. still the scoreline should have been 4-0. Lots of possession in midfield etc, but when it came to the final third it was like one too many passes in a rather congested penalty area.
