Hate to say it, but i think we are in for very unpleasant night.

1-2.
I was far more impressed by Basel and BATE and we lost those first two legs only to come back to win the second legs decisively. While I appreciate that it's important to keep a level head, I'm not too worried.

Had a horrible nightmare about the game. Like Bayern just could not get through schaktar's bus, and we're having loads of sterile possession. finally in 75 minute Müller scored. And just as everybody was saying its over schaktar equalized...
I wonder will Pep resign if Bayern gets out of CL on Wednesday?

gotze is a better CAM than muller. Better at passing and dribbling. Muller is a good poacher just like gomez. lewandowski is a poor finisher and that might cost us in the future especially in tight CL ties. Between lewa and muller i'd go with lewa just because he can take on defenders unlike muller.

I have a bad feeling that we're gonna fail to take them seriously enough.

Ref is from Scotland. He was two times ref in Bayern games (two times against east club)
vs. Bate 4-1 and CSKA this year 1-0

Well our feelings should not interfere with the reality that there is no excuse of not beating this team. A solid 2-0 with a goal in both halfs is enough for me.

Shakhtar 'Donuts' did absolutely nothing in the first leg. I was so confused, I didn't even think I was watching football. It was a horrible game from start to finish. So I hope the players produce again & deliver many goals for the home crowd.

Haven't you been watching the games where we have been going back to the way Heynckes played? We immediately dominate with alot of goals.

If the unthinkable happens and Shakhtar sends us out from the CL already what would be the consequences? Would the board want to keep Pep after the season after such a disaster or would they show patience?

Id be genuinely shocked if Shakthar dump us out, they were abysmal in Ukraine, even with a man up.

The thing is because the first match only ended 0-0 all it takes is 1 goal for them for us to have to score 2, and everything can happen in a one off game, they could get a lucky goal or a corner going in and we would be under enormous pressure. It's not entirely impossible for that to happen. They have the advantage in the fact that they don't have to win to go trough while we have to win.

But in our biggest victory of this season, 7-1 against Roma, we played with the 3 back line (if i'm not wrong)...

Agreed, we still have a job to do from all parts of the pitch. If we do that, no doubt we are in the final 8.
