Probably the hardest working player I have ever seen. If he had just a little more technical skills then he would probably be one of the top 5 strikers in the game. It doesn't matter though since he fights the entire 90 minutes for Bayern and I couldn't ask for more.

He will still be one of my favorite together with Müller this year.

Olic out of matches against Real and Windeck

Olic will miss the friendly match against Real Madrid, aswell as the DFB-Pokal first round match against Germania Windeck.

The Croatian forward returned with a knee injury from international duty.

Given Klose and Müller performance lately, the absence of Ivica won't be as harmfull as it could be. Hope he is fit to face Wolfsburg though, those wolves have quite a team now.

These little injuries here and there force you to lose the starting spot. That's what happened to Klose last year.

A real shame, hopefully he wont have to undergo surgery. Atleast now Gomez will have a chance to prove his worth, lets hope all goes well.

Olić can recover from this. He was also injured at the start of the season and broke through when we needed him the most against Haifa, in the CL.

If there is one position we have depth it's at striker. We'll jut have to wait and see who takes advantage of the opportunity. I'm pulling for Gomez. I really want him to be successful and justify his price tag.
